Licensing BitMar, for
Third-party Usage:
Pricing and Turnaround:
There is a minimum price, of $5,000
U.S.D. (500 units, at $10, per license unit), per licensing order -- even if your particular business,
and/or situation, requires fewer licenses than 500 units.
In the
event that you may need fewer license units than 500, the additional
units simply stay dormant, indefinitely, in your account. In other words: License
units may be used throughout any locations owned, and/or operated by
the licensee -- at any time, indefinitely. However, you may
not give away, sell, and/or transfer -- in any way -- any extra licenses,
to any third-party. Physical devices, and/or equipment -- such as TV sets,
displays, smartphones, tablets, computers, audio speakers -- are not
included. (Users usually provide/use their own devices.)
Once you acquire your BitMar license, below, you
will be able to provide the BitMar Elite (paid) streaming service to
your audience, through either a QR code, and/or a Web (download)
link.
NOTE: Keep in mind that you may also
use the free
version of BitMar, for third-party
usage. In this case, the user decides if they want to upgrade, on their own,
and pay the full-price ($99.99 U.S.D.), for BitMar Elite,
out-of-pocket.
General Information:
Since the BitMar platform
works, essentially, as a search engine... we can only (technically)
license you the BitMar software/interface/s (and
anything that is directly-related to our platform.) As a result, we
cannot officially oppose how you manage and/or allow others to use
any accessible content, within the BitMar platform, either.
Instead... if you are interested in learning how a particular piece
of content is being officially licensed, to you... feel free to
visit the specific platform, hosting the content (every piece of
content accessible through the BitMar platform is being hosted,
elsewhere -- just like any search engine.)
With that in mind... you may
use the guidelines, below, to purchase your BitMar licenses. If you intend
to give each license away (e.g. each person will walk away with BitMar, from you,
instead of using BitMar in your presence, and/or within company
property), you must continue to purchase more
licenses, indefinitely, for as long as you keep giving the licenses
away. This usually applies to device manufacturers, and developers
of vehicles... but usually not to restaurants, offices, and/or other
non-manufacturing businesses.
Hotels/Motels/Inns:
One-time license fee: One
BitMar license unit is required, for each room/unit; within the property.

that particular building/location.

(even if you group them together); within the business.
